Dean Edwards is a well-known chef who rose to fame on BBC's Masterchef in 2006. He is passionate about creating simple, achievable and most importantly tasty recipes. He's well known for his slow cooker and fakeaway recipes.

James is a health coach, cookbook author and full time food blogger and his recipes are affordable, healthy, quick and easy. Most of his recipes are also Gluten-free.
