  • plain tortilla wraps 4
  • tomato purée 4 tbsp
  • grated cheddar cheese 80 g
  • canned tuna 290 g (drained)

  • mixed leaf salad 120 g

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas Mark 6
  • Peel and thinly slice the red onion.
  • Place the tortilla wraps on a flat baking tray. Spread the tomato puree evenly over the top of the wraps, leaving a 1cm border around the edges. Depending on the number of wraps you may need more than one tray
  • Sprinkle the grated cheddar on top then add the drained tuna chunks, sweetcorn and red onion. Drizzle the olive oil on top with a sprinkle of the dried oregano
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the edges of the wraps are lightly browned. Cut up into slices and serve alongside the mixed leaf salad and enjoy!
