Salted Banoffee Crunchie Eton Pie

Ingredients

  • banana 4 (chopped)
  • caramel 400 g
  • cream cheese 200 g
  • double cream 200 g
  • digestive biscuits 2
  • crunchie 2 (crushed)
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp

Method

  • Chop the bananas. Crush one of the crunchie bars.
  • In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese, double cream, half the caramel, the crushed crunchie bar, the chopped bananas and vanilla extract.
  • Then spoon into wide glasses . You could use tumblers or martini glasses.
  • Crush together the digestive biscuits and the other crunchie bar, then sprinkle on top of the glasses.
  • Mix together the remaining caramel with a pinch of salt then drizzle on top. Serve and enjoy!
