Easy Paneer Tikka Pizzas

Looking for a speedy flavour bomb? Then this is the recipe for you! Using flatbreads as a speedy pizza base, then loaded up with curried sweetcorn and creamy paneer. You could use halloumi or chicken instead of paneer.

Ingredients

  • tinned sweetcorn 190 g (drained)
  • paneer 400 g (grated)
  • tikka masala paste 4 tbsp
  • curry powder 1 tsp
  • tomato passata 200 g
  • flatbreads 2
  • grated cheddar cheese 80 g (grated)
  • fresh coriander 1 handful (chopped)
  • mixed leaf salad to serve

Method

Prep the ingredients

  • Drain the sweetcorn.
  • Coarsely grate the paneer. In a small bowl combine the paneer, sweetcorn,tikka paste and curry powder. Season with salt and stir to cover all the ingredients in the paste.

Assemble the pizzas

  • Assemble the pizza - spread the passatta over each flatbread, top with the paneer and sweetcorn and scatter over the grated cheddar.

Cook the pizzas

  • Pop the pizzas in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 8 minutes(you could also cook in a conventional oven for 10 minutes, at 180°C).

Plate Up

  • Roughly chop the coriander and sprinkle over the pizzas. Plate up the pizzas and serve with the mixed leaf salad. Enjoy!
