Chorizo adds an intense flavour boost - a little goes a long way, then layer in an extra smoky note with smoked paprika. The orzo simmers gently in the chorizo and tomatoes, and in 25 minutes you’ve got a delicious dinner on the table. To keep this vegetarian simply swap the chorizo for your favourite veggie sausage and use a veggie stock cube.
