This is a brilliant brunch recipe, that also works as an easy lunch or dinner. I like to serve these fritters with a fried egg and lots of spicy sauce. Kimchi is a great fermented food to get into our diet, and you can get some great ones in the supermarket these days. I love anything that has a bit of a kick to it. Add vegetables like courgettes and carrots and you’ve a very tasty, filling and healthy meal. These have the added bonus of being gluten free.
