Teriyaki Salmon Noodles

This is a super easy dinner bursting with flavours of teriyaki, think soy sauce, garlic and ginger. The salmon can be prepped in different ways, so choose whatever is convenient for you. Please check your teriyaki sauce to make sure it is gluten free, we can't guarantee that every supermarket stocks a gluten free version.

Ingredients

  • salmon 520 g
  • teriyaki sauce 8 tbsp
  • sesame oil 4 tbsp
  • broccoli 1 (chopped)
  • rice noodles 300 g
  • sesame seeds to garnish

Method

  • Baste the salmon fillets with the half of teriyaki sauce.
  • You can cook the salmon in the air fryer 205°C (times will vary for different models) or in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C/180°C fan. Or alternatively, pan fry with a dash of oil for 10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, cook the noodles per packet instructions. Chop the broccoli into florets, you can also chop the stalks and use them too.
  • Add half the sesame oil to a frying pan on a medium heat and cook the broccoli for a few minutes.
  • Then add the drained noodles, remaining sesame oil and remaining teriyaki sauce and stir until well combined.
  • Serve the noodles in bowls then top with the salmon. Garnish with the sesame seeds and enjoy.
