Sticky Chicken & Curried Noodles

Ingredients

  • chicken thighs 600 g (chopped)
  • red onion 1
  • honey 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • curry powder 2 tsp
  • straight to wok noodles 600 g
  • green beans 200 g (chopped)

Method

Prep the ingredients & cook the chicken and red onion

  • Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Chop the green beans.
  • Heat a dash of oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken and fry until cooked, 7-8 minutes. Add the red onion.
  • Add the half of curry powder, honey and soy sauce to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken and red onion from the pan, set aside, wipe the pan clean.

Finish the dish

  • Chop the green beans.
  • Add a dash of oil to the pan, add the noodles and warm through, add the green beans and the remaining curry powder (add more if you like more heat).
  • Stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken to the noodles and warm through.

Plate up

  • Plate up your dish - tuck in and enjoy!
