Chicken Naan Pizza

If you love pizza and need something in a hurry these Chicken Naan Pizzas are brilliant. I cooked my chicken breasts on a bbq, but you can just cook them off in a pan or an air fryer and add them to your naan pizzas. A few delicious ingredients for a speedy dinner.

Ingredients

  • chicken breast 2 (sliced)
  • mild curry paste 4 tsp
  • naan 1
  • tomatoes 200 g (sliced)
  • grated mozzarella 200 g
  • natural yoghurt 4 tbsp

Method

Preheat the oven & marinate the chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
  • Slice the chicken into thin strips. Place the chicken in the bowl and cover with ½ of the curry paste, mix to combine.

Cook the chicken

  • If you have a bbq, you can cook the chicken on the bbq. Preheat the bbq until it’s hot then add the chicken strips and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred.
  • Alternatively, you can heat a dash of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the chicken strips. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and browned.

Cook the naan pizzas

  • Roughly chop the tomatoes. Place the naans onto a baking tray, top with the tomatoes and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, add the cooked chicken and grated mozzarella, place in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • While the naan pizzas are finishing in the oven, mix the yoghurt with the remaining curry paste. This is your curry yoghurt.

Plate up

  • Plate up the Chicken Naan Pizzas with the curry yoghurt and enjoy!
