Buffalo Cheese Hot Dogs

A hot dog drizzled with buffalo sauce, sour cream and topped with celery and blue cheese. You'll never want to use another hot dog recipe, this one is too easy, quick and delicious!

Ingredients

  • mixed leaf salad 120 g
  • tortilla chips 80 g
  • sour cream 80 ml
  • celery 1 (diced)
  • blue cheese 50 g (crumbled)
  • buffalo sauce 100 ml
  • frankfurter hot dogs 1
  • hot dog rolls 4
  • salted butter 1 tbsp

Method

  • Finely dice the celery. Preheat the grill to high. These are also great to cook on the BBQ!
  • Place the Frankfurter hot dogs on the grill and turn occasionally until cooked through, around 10 minutes. You can also baste them with some of the buffalo sauce as they cook.
  • Butter the hot dog rolls and toast under the grill.
  • Pop a Frankfurter hot dog in each roll. Drizzle the sour cream and buffalo sauce on top. Finish with some diced celery and crumble the blue cheese on top.
  • Serve with the tortilla chips and salad leaves on the side and enjoy!
