Speedy Bacon Ranch Pasta

Speedy bacon ranch pasta for dinner? Yes please. Ranch is having a serious moment this year, and we’re showing off a special Dr. Will’s spin, that’s rich, tangy, and packed with flavour, all from a minimal list of ingredients. By letting the mayo do the heavy lifting, we get a perfectly smooth, delicious sauce, without any fuss, meaning less prep and more taste. For a lighter version, we're using lighter crème fraîche instead of buttermilk. This pasta comes together in no time, making it the ultimate speedy dinner for busy nights, and perfect for easy lunches too, as we come into the summer months (it also ticks the meal prep box). If you fancy a smoky hit to your ranch pasta, you could use Dr. Will’s Chipotle Ranch Dressing instead for an easy win.
