Hot Honey Pistachio Baked Camembert

If you thought baked camembert couldn't get even more delicious…then you need to try this recipe! We've added a hot honey and pistachio topping for the ultimate flavour hack. This decadent treat is perfect for lots of occasions including Valentine’s Day. Air fry or oven bake your camembert depending on your preferred method.

Ingredients

  • dried thyme 1 tsp
  • pistachios 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • camembert 1
  • chilli flakes 1
  • honey 2 tbsp
  • olive oil dash
  • ciabatta roll 2 (toasted)

Method

  • Preheat the air fryer to at 160°C or a conventional oven to 200°C /180°C fan. Roughly chop the pistachios.
  • Remove the camembert from its packaging then pop it back in its box. If it doesn’t come in a box then place it in a ramekin. Score across the top in a criss-cross pattern with a knife.
  • Drizzle the camembert with half the honey, a dash of olive oil, the chilli flakes and thyme. Scatter the pistachios on top and drizzle with the rest of the honey.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes or oven bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the ciabatta according to how you like it.
  • Carefully remove from the air fryer or oven then serve with the toasted ciabatta for dipping. So good - enjoy!
