Mother's Day recipe inspiration on Plate Up
Let's kick things off with Alex Hollywood's Chipotle Blackened Chicken with Aji Verde Sauce, which was also featured on This Morning recently! This recipe is perfect for someone who’s a spice lover. The chicken is coated in a smoky and spicy chipotle rub and then grilled to perfection. The Aji Verde Sauce, a classic Peruvian condiment, is a delicious accompaniment that balances out the heat from the chicken, pair it with some rice and you’ve got yourself a tasty meal.
For all the pasta lovers we have this delicious Tagliatelle in a Creamy Porcini Parmesan Sauce by The Alberti twins. Last and by no means least we have this showstopper that will round off your perfect Mother’s Day meal. The All in One Chocolate Cake by Jo Pratt is absolutely irresistible. This cake is moist and decadent and will have you coming back for more (that’s if there is any left).
