Make these super quick and easy pescatarian recipes at home
The pescatarian diet is a plant-based diet that includes seafood as the only animal product. Pescatarians will not eat anything that has been part of an animal, like meat or poultry but they will eat fish and other seafood and the diet includes eggs and dairy, much like in the vegetarian diet. This type of diet has been gaining attention in recent years because of its potential health benefits for certain populations. The protein content of fish is comparable to that of meat. The good news is that it's low in saturated fat and high in omega-3 fatty acids, unlike red meat.
